What is Odasiti?
Odasiti is a journey-based dating and connection platform that lets people build emotional and compatibility connection before physical reality enters the picture, at their own pace, with permanent visual anonymity on the platform.
Members are represented by Oda avatars and private, nature-themed profile names. Member photos, videos and real names are not displayed to other users. The experience progresses through compatibility games, text, voice, meetup planning, an in-person Reveal and post-meetup reflection.
Odasiti is not designed around swiping through photographs, public popularity signals or instant access to another person. It gives curiosity, compatibility, consent and trust more room to develop before two people decide whether to meet.
Why Odasiti exists
Modern dating is often mediated by photographs, rapid judgement and platform mechanics that reward speed and volume. Odasiti was developed as an alternative for adults who want a more considered and privacy-conscious way to meet.
The platform was also conceived against a backdrop of swipe fatigue, online identity exposure and growing social disconnection. Odasiti does not claim to solve loneliness or guarantee romantic success. It is exploring whether dating technology can create more meaningful opportunities for people to connect.
The five Levels
Level 1: Discover
Members build early connection through compatibility games. Discover is the complete free first Level of the Odasiti journey.
Level 2: Exchange
Communication unlocks progressively through text, voice notes and voice calls. Identity verification is required before the first direct text exchange.
Level 3: Spark
Members who mutually choose to progress can propose and schedule a meetup at an approved public venue.
Level 4: Reveal
Both members identify one another in person using short mutual clues. Reveal is not a photograph release. Oda avatars and private profile names remain their identities on the platform.
Level 5: Leap
After the meetup, each person privately records whether they would like to meet again, are not sure yet, or do not wish to continue. A decisive outcome leads to either a continuing Story or a graceful closure.
There is no forced relationship clock. Progression is mutual and engagement-based, and either person can pause or leave the journey.
What makes Odasiti different?
Connection before appearance
Odasiti gives people a way to explore values, humour, communication and compatibility before physical appearance enters the relationship.
Permanent visual anonymity
Odasiti does not use photos as a temporary mask that disappears after a milestone. Photos and videos remain outside the platform identity model throughout the journey.
Avatars as identity
Each member is represented by a platform-generated Oda avatar and a private, nature-themed profile name. The avatar is the member's continuing on-platform identity, including after an in-person Reveal.
No forced timeline
Odasiti does not set a deadline for meeting, making a relationship decision or reaching a particular milestone. The platform is user-paced.
No contestant or competition model
Members are not contestants. Odasiti does not use public leaderboards, attractiveness rankings, winners, losers or public compatibility competitions.
The meetup is part of the product
Odasiti does not treat the move from online interaction to an offline meeting as somebody else's problem. Meetup proposal, approved venue selection, mutual clues, check-in and post-meetup feedback are built into the journey.
Trust, safety and privacy
Odasiti's safety model is architectural. The platform is designed to reduce avoidable identity exposure and place safeguards at the points where risk changes.
Core controls
- No member photos or videos on the platform
- No real names visible to other members
- No chat export
- Identity verification before first direct text
- Progressive communication through mutual engagement gates
- Reporting and moderation pathways within communication surfaces
- Approved public venues for first meetups
- Mutual Reveal clues and venue check-in controls
- A required emergency contact for each scheduled meetup
- Email or SMS notifications to the nominated emergency contact when the meetup is scheduled and shortly before it begins, encouraging a post-meetup check-in
- Coarsened location information rather than socially visible exact GPS
- Individual compatibility-game answers are not disclosed to other members
- User-facing identity remains the Oda avatar and profile name after Reveal
These controls are intended to support a safer experience, but they do not eliminate every risk involved in communicating with or meeting another person. Odasiti should be described as safer by design, not completely safe or risk-free.
Formal privacy, data-retention, law-enforcement and jurisdiction-specific compliance documents remain separate legal artefacts and should not be inferred from this fact sheet.
How compatibility works
Members play close-ended compatibility games covering areas such as values, communication, lifestyle, conflict, family, money, wellbeing and future priorities.
Completed games contribute to compatibility scores and dimension-level insights. Members may see relevant scores or bands, but they do not see one another's individual answers.
Compatibility information is intended to prompt discovery and conversation. It is not a scientific diagnosis, a promise of relationship success or a public ranking of users.
The in-person Reveal
Reveal is the point at which physical reality enters an Odasiti connection.
When both people choose to proceed, the platform supports a meetup at an approved public venue. Each person shares a short identifying clue, such as an item of clothing or accessory, to help them find one another at the venue.
Odasiti does not release a profile photograph before the meeting. After Reveal, the platform still does not become a photo-sharing dating environment.
Each user is also required to nominate an emergency contact for the scheduled meetup. The nominated contact receives an email or SMS when the meetup is scheduled and a second notification shortly before it begins, encouraging them to check in with the user afterwards. This fact sheet does not imply that a member's match identity, exact live location or other sensitive information is disclosed to the emergency contact unless expressly confirmed in the live product and supporting privacy materials.
The Odasiti experiment
“The Odasiti experiment” is a press, partnership and word-of-mouth description of the platform's central question: what can happen when people are given the opportunity to connect before appearance enters the picture?
It is not the name of an in-app Level, a scientific result, a competition or a reality television format. Users are not contestants. There are no cameras, producers, public audiences, forced timelines or required relationship outcomes.
You're not a contestant. You're the author.
Relationship to reality television
Odasiti is not affiliated with Netflix, Love Is Blind or any other reality television franchise.
The platform addresses a broader cultural curiosity that reality television has helped bring into public conversation: whether emotional connection can develop before appearance becomes known. Odasiti explores that question privately and at the user's own pace, without cameras, producers, contestants, public spectacle, marriage deadlines or franchise branding.
Media should not describe Odasiti as “the Love Is Blind app” or imply endorsement, licensing or involvement by Netflix or any programme producer.
Launch and availability
Odasiti's public waitlist and interest collection are designed to operate broadly. Verified demand, operational readiness, safety preparation and local legal requirements will help determine which countries progress toward access.
Australia is an important potential anchor market because Odasiti was developed in Perth. It is not presented as the permanently fixed sole launch market.
Confirm current live, waitlist, early-access or unavailable markets against the latest Odasiti release or with the media contact before publication.
Perth origin
Odasiti was developed in Perth, Western Australia.
The city offers a meaningful origin story for a platform concerned with connection, belonging and geographic proximity. Odasiti intends to explore relationships with local universities, community organisations, approved public venues, researchers and city stakeholders as its pilot and Safe Space strategies develop.
Research and social impact
Odasiti intends to work with researchers, universities, student organisations, wellbeing groups and community partners to explore topics including trust and connection formation, experiences of digital dating, safety and identity exposure, loneliness and belonging, compatibility-led interaction, user wellbeing across the journey, and the transition from online communication to public meetups.
Odasiti does not currently claim that the platform reduces loneliness, makes users safer than competing products, produces better relationships or improves wellbeing. Such claims require appropriate evidence and should only be made after credible evaluation.
Business and membership model
Level 1, Discover, is designed as a complete free experience centred on compatibility games and early connection building.
Progression into Level 2, Exchange, and the later Levels is available through paid membership. Membership names currently used by Odasiti are Nurture and Commit.
Public pricing, inclusions, introductory offers and local-currency arrangements should be confirmed from the current pricing page before publication.
Corporate structure
Odasiti is a registered business name of Tesaroche Pty Ltd. Tesaroche is the Australian legal entity that develops and operates the platform and appears as the registered developer in app marketplaces and relevant legal documentation.
Odasiti is the dedicated consumer-facing brand. It should not be described as a separate company, subsidiary or legal entity.
Tesaroche Pty Ltd is based in Perth, Western Australia, and operates as an Australian technology company and AI-first venture studio.
Founders
Odasiti and Tesaroche Pty Ltd were founded by Pascal Kelly and Nysreen Kelly. Tesaroche develops and operates the platform under the registered business name Odasiti. Tesaroche is a Perth-based Australian technology company and AI-first venture studio.
Where possible, the Odasiti story will be told by the people closest to each subject, including users, ambassadors, researchers, Trust and Safety specialists, venue partners, universities and community organisations.
Founder comments may be provided in writing. Interview availability should be confirmed through the media contact.
