Child Safety Standards

Odasiti is a dating app for adults. These standards state what we prohibit, how to report a concern, and how we act when we obtain actual knowledge of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Adults only

Odasiti is for people aged 18 and older. Our waitlist and account flows apply age-eligibility checks, and identity verification is used before direct Exchange messaging. Odasiti is not intended for anyone under 18.

What we prohibit

The following are prohibited on Odasiti, including in chat, voice notes, voice calls, games, profiles, and any other user content we host:

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery or other visual depictions involving a minor in sexually explicit conduct. Odasiti does not allow user-uploaded photos or videos. The prohibition applies regardless.
Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
Sextortion of a child, or threats that use a child's intimate image or alleged image.
Trafficking of a child, including trafficking for sex.
Any other sexual exploitation of a minor, including attempts to involve a minor in sexual activity or to obtain sexual content from a minor.

How to report

If you have an Odasiti account, report the person or the relevant messages from in-app chat using Report. Choose Child sexual abuse or exploitation when that is the concern, or Someone may be under 18 if the concern is age. You can add details. You do not need to leave the app to file that report.

Anyone can also write to the Odasiti team. This inbox is the designated child-safety point of contact for store notices and for people who are not signed in.

What we do when we know

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Odasiti is not an emergency service.

When we obtain actual knowledge of a child-safety concern, we review it. Where warranted, we restrict accounts or interactions, make relevant hosted content inaccessible, preserve governed evidence where required for investigation or legal obligations, and take other action consistent with these standards and applicable law. We do not claim that we detect every harm automatically.

Reporting to authorities

Where required by law or necessary to protect a child, Odasiti reports child sexual abuse or exploitation material, activity or credible safety concerns to the appropriate law-enforcement, regulatory or child-safety authority. Confirmed CSAM is reported in accordance with applicable law.
